- Click the green Start button and check to be sure you're logged in as Adminelab.
- Get into ispLever Classic Project Navigator.
- Click File, New, Project
- Use GI5_10 as the project name
- At the right of the Location box is a button with three dots. Click this button.
- Find your folder (in My Documents, your floppy, or flash drive) and single click-it.
- Click the Make New Folder button.
- Name the new folder GI5_10 and then click OK.
- In the Design Entry Type box, choose Schematic/ABEL.
- Click Next
- In the Family box, choose ispLEVER Default Device.
- Click Next.
- When the Add Source window comes up, click Next.
- Click Finish.
- Click Source, Import.
- Find the schematic file (ending in .sch) you created for lab GH27-13 and double click it.
- In the Sources in Project window, single click the schematic file.
- In the Processes for Current Source window, double click Compile Schematic.
- When the Report Viewer window comes up, make sure it doesn't show any errors, and then shut it down.
- Download the ABEL test vector file by right-clicking this link: GI5_10.abv
- Put this test vector file into the folder containing the other files for this experiment.
- In the Sources in Project window, single click the device name (LC4256ZC-45T100C).
- Click Source, Import and double click GI5-10.abv.
- In the Sources in Project window, single click GI5-10.abv.
- In the Processes for Current Source window, double click Functional Simulation.
- In the Simulator Control Panel window, check to be sure there were no errors.
- Click the red exclamation mark to run the simulation.
- Check the waveforms to be sure the circuit operated correctly.
