- Install the software on the ispLever CD, and restart the
computer.
- Go to www.latticesemi.com/licensing/flexlmlicense.cfm?p=starter
- Put your e-mail address into the E-mail Address box.
- Click No, I am new to Latticesemi.com.
- Click the Sign in button
- Fill in the new account form and click the Submit Form button..
- Click the green Start
button, then click All programs,
then click Accessories, then
click Command Prompt.
- Type ipconfig /all
and press Enter.
- Get the physical address of your computer from the Command
Prompt window and type it into the Host
NIC (Physical Address) box on the Web page you brought up
earlier.
- Don't include the dashes.
- Type your actual e-mail address in the E-mail Address box.
- Because the software was originally downloaded from the Web
site, choose Download from Web Site this instead of CD.
- Click the Generate License
button.
- Check your e-mail and download the license.dat file. Save it in
the License folder inside the C:/ispTOOLS7_0_STRT
folder.
- Click the green Start
button, then click All programs,
then click Lattice Semiconductor, then click ispLever Project Navigator
- If you've correctly installed the software, the Project Navigator program window should come up.
