  1. Fill in the truth table so that  the two D flip-flops will count up in binary.
  2. Draw a Vietch diagram for D1 and also one for D2.
  3. Use the Vietch diagrams to determine the gates needed to implement the design.
  4. Create the circuit in Multisim.
